Most of our training courses are based in the Brecon Beacons National Park which provides us with a great adventure playground with its Mountains, Gorges and Rivers, this outdoor environment is a perfect tool for inspirational learning we have designed courses which can have a combination of problem solving, team tasks and adventurers activities .

Our bespoke approach, give companies greater flexibility in designing and meeting their companies targets and needs of their teams. Having worked with a wide sector of clients such as BT, Barclays, Homebase and Royal Sun Alliance. We know we have the experience and capability to help develop effective team building courses for any organisation through out the uk or Europe. We have found through experience that teams learn more when there is an element of fun in what they are doing, these tailor made solutions do help make a difference in the work place.

Our programs can be for a half day full day or up to 5 day, they can be a combination of conference/team meeting at our accommodation the Black Mountain lodge and mixed with indoor or outdoor programs.
